Hunton Andrews Kurth and Richards, Layton & Finger represented OneMain Holdings in Delaware District Court trademark infringement claims over car loan company Skopos Financial’s use of the ‘Springleaf’ mark in connection with financial lending. 
  • Hunton Andrews advised OneMain as plaintiff in a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ex parte appeal related to the cancelling of the registration of the mark ‘OneMain Financial’.
