Rachadawan Kelar, known professionally as Pui, is the founder and managing partner of RWT, a full-service law firm established in Thailand in 2016. Specialising in IP, licence compliance, corporate law, and cybersecurity, she has built a reputation for strategic legal counsel over 15 years of practice. Kelar works closely with clients to develop comprehensive strategies, particularly in areas such as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance and intellectual property protection.
