Dallas partner Dyan House advises on all aspects of trademark prosecution and frequents before the USPTO and TTAB in opposition and cancellation matters. Chicago-based David Davis is experienced in litigation, prosecution and international portfolio management in a variety of industries. Davis appears before the USPTO, TTAB and is admitted before district courts and court of appeals in the Fifth and Seventh Circuits.
