12 October 2016 Italian eyewear company Luxottica has won the first round in a dispute against a market in Atlanta over contributory trademark infringement.
8 August 2018 Oakley accused a California-based wholesaler of design patent infringement, counterfeiting, trademark infringement, unfair competition and false designation of origin, in a complaint filed yesterday.
