27 November 2017 The owner of the “Call of Duty” video game franchise, Activision, has been granted more time to oppose a trademark filed by a dog waste removal company.

10 January 2019 Amazon and games developer Blizzard Entertainment, a subsidiary of Activision Blizzard, have succeeded in invalidating a patent owned by Swiss company AC Technologies.
