Law firm Blank Rome LLP has expanded its IP litigation group with the appointment of Christopher Hu.
Hu, a former partner in the IP practice at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, will join Blank Rome as of counsel in the firm’s New York office.
Hu is a litigator who has handled patent cases in the e-commerce, computer and medicinal product fields as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
He has also worked on trade secret cases.
Admitted to practice in New York, Hu received his JD from Columbia University, and an AB and BE from Dartmouth College.
He is a regular speaker on IP litigation and served as chair of the Practising Law Institute’s patent litigation programme in 2013.
Blank Rome has offices across the US including Washington, DC, and Texas as well as a branch in Shanghai, China.
