Panel rules on validity of USPTO wire transfer payments

Inter partes review fees paid through the Federal Reserve’s “Fedwire” system count as a payment made that day, even if they have not been received by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), according to the latest Precedential Opinion Panel (POP) decision.
