28 November 2016 The UK government has given the go-ahead to the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement, in a move that could signal the direction of Brexit.
17 January 2017 Lawyers have told WIPR that the intellectual property world “feels a lot more positive about the future” following the announcement that the Unified Patent Court is expected to come into force in December this year.
