  • General Mills v Rawbite et al., US District Court for the Northern District of Minnesota. Perkins Coie represented General Mills in a trade dress infringement and preliminary injunction action involving RawBite’s use of the ‘Lärabar’ packaging design.
  • Precision Pump Parts v Cornell Pump Company. Perkins Coie represented Cornell in a TTAB opposition against the registration of its pump frame trade dress.
