Recent addition Cassidy Guo leads the patent enforcement and litigation team in China, leaning on over a decade of practical experience in complex IP disputes to advise multinational companies. At the time of Guo’s joining in July 2024, Isabella Liu, who leads Baker McKenzie’s China operation, said that her patent expertise “complements our regional and global practices well”, adding that Guo’s medical background and technical know-how would solidify the firm’s “market-leading position”.
FenXun partner Yun Chen, based in Shanghai, represents both multinational and domestic clients in various fields handling IP-related cases. His notable achievements include representing a leading steel company in multiple litigations regarding patent infringement disputes, and providing legal advice to a well-known furniture manufacturer on its patent matters in China.
