Ningling Wang heads up Finnegan’s Shanghai office, and has over two decades of experience in IP. Wang’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, litigation and other related matters in areas including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and semiconductor materials. A WIPR Leader, Wang has worked with multinational and Chinese clients and represented them in cases before Chinese and US judicial forums.

Associate Lin (Celine) Ming is also based in Shanghai, and has handled more than 300 patent applications and office action responses related to 5G communication, autonomous driving, AI and medical devices. Clients rely on her business acumen and broad knowledge of IP protections in China to guard and capitalise on their innovations.
