Morgan, Lewis & Bockius
Firm overview:
Full-service global firm Morgan Lewis provides IP services out of offices in mainland China and Hong Kong, alongside a strong corporate offering that includes advice on stock exchange listings, M&As, private equity, joint ventures and more.
Chinese companies looking for assistance in strategic IP planning for global market entry—and litigation when necessary—rely on Morgan Lewis for counsel.
Last year, it was announced that the firm planned to open an office in technology hub Shenzhen, which chair Jami McKeon said had “the highest density of startups of all the mainland cities in China”.
“Our team on the ground will collaborate closely across our offices in Asia and with our global technology and life sciences industry teams to bring our cross-practice, cross-jurisdictional capabilities for inbound and outbound matters to the forefront for our clients,” McKeon said.
