Bird & Bird

Firm overview:

Bird & Bird’s China and Hong Kong Intellectual Property Group has been active in IP matters for almost three decades, and has built a significant presence in the region.

The firm’s Trademarks & Brands group includes professionals in four offices in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen.

Bird & Bird IP Agency (Beijing) Co. is the firm’s wholly owned IP consultancy in Beijing,  enabling it to conduct trademark and copyright matters directly before Mainland Chinese Government departments, including registration and enforcement matters.

This China-specific offering is further strengthened by Bird & Bird’s association with Lawjay Partners, a PRC law firm which has a dedicated team that assists B&B clients in contentious matters in Mainland China by litigating in the Chinese Courts.

And globally, BBIPS—a wholly owned subsidiary of Bird & Bird LLP—provides clients with a comprehensive range of support and administration services tailored specifically to the trademark lifecycle.
