Hatty Cui is a principal, head of the China Trade Mark Group and general manager of the Rouse China business based in Beijing. She has advised many of the top multinational companies entering the Chinese market, as well as assisting fast-growing Chinese enterprises to expand globally. She is experienced in representing and advising clients pertaining IP consultancy, trademark portfolio management, commercial review, non-traditional trademark practice, opposition, cancellation, trademark acquisition and enforcement.
Linda Chang is the Deputy CEO of Rouse based in London. From 2010 until 2022, Chang was general manager of Rouse’s business in China. Qualified under the PRC law system, she is a legal IP expert and strategist with expertise in solving complex IP problems.
