Beijing East IPs patent practice assists with filing patent and PCT applications in mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and other countries and regions. The firm also assists with patent reexamination and invalidation before the SIPO and the Patent Reexamination Board.

Beijing East IP litigators have handled multiple landmark patent litigation in China in multiple sectors. The firm’s attorneys and Supreme People’s Court appointed patent attorneys assist clients with trial advocacy relevant to the technologies in their technical backgrounds. The firm represents clients asserting patents rights against infringers, defending against claims of patent infringement and patent ownership disputes in administrative and judicial proceedings before the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) and the People’s Courts.
