Team overview:
In China the team comprises over 500 professionals, specialising in patent, copyright, trademark, and industrial design matters, spanning technical fields including ICT, AI, Metaverse, blockchain, gene tech and fintech. A multilingual team, embracing the Confucian principle of "self-improvement for the greater good", helps with communication with the client’s international clientele. With 13 years of experience in global trademark practice, partner Jane (Jue) Li leads the Trademark Department at China PAT.
