Lin Jiuchu represents clients in trademark oppositions, invalidations, cancellations, reviews on refusal of trademark applications, applications for recognition of trademarks as well-known, trademark-related administrative proceedings, domain name registrations, domain name dispute resolution and other trademark-related matters.
He Fang co-leads the IP litigation group in the Shanghai office. He worked on the first declaration for non-infringement of trademarks in China ('The Peter Rabbit' case). He successfully advocated a series of the Top IP Cases in China as judged by the Supreme People's Court.
