Camila Sirianni

In her nearly two decades of experience as an IP attorney, Camila Sirianni has made her mark as a rising star. She began her career managing a portfolio of more than 200 cases at an IP firm in Buenos Aires, where, just four years after graduating from the University of Buenos Aires, she was appointed head of the legal department, overseeing complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.     In 2018, she joined Berton Moreno + Ojam as a senior associate, and in 2019, she transitioned to Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum, where she was promoted to partner in December 2022. Currently, she co-leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, focusing on the protection, enforcement, and strategic growth of intangible assets. Sirianni is deeply committed to fostering diversity and inclusion (D&I) within the IP sector and the legal profession as a whole. She leads ‘El Semillero’, Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum’s internal mentorship programme, in which she supports junior lawyers, particularly women in IP. Sirianni is also involved in legal education programmes and industry-wide initiatives, where she works to bridge the gap for young professionals entering the field.     Sirianni is also the partner in charge of OjamBF Impact, the firm’s social responsibility and sustainability initiative. OjamBF Impact’s focus includes pro bono initiatives; supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and local organisations; strengthening internal D&I policies; ensuring equal opportunities within the firm; and promoting sustainable business practices.
