Patent attorney Elaine Spector has over two decades of experience in IP law, with her current practice focused mainly on prosecuting patent applications for electromechanical innovations.
Spector is hugely dedicated to improving diversity in patent law through numerous diversity leadership roles, including as vice chair of the Intellectual Property Owners Association’s (IPO) diversity committee, and as chair of the association’s D&I Committee Outreach Subcommittee.
