Judy He

Patent and trade secrets litigator Judy He has held the position of counsel at Crowell & Moring since January 2023. She previously worked as an associate at the same firm from May 2022 to December 2022. Her earlier experience includes roles at Haynes Boone and Brinks Gilson & Lione. She also served as adjunct professor of legal writing at Loyola University Chicago School of Law from August 2022 to July 2024. Her professional speaking engagements include panels on the Intellectual Property Profession for ADAPT.legal, PTAB Intersection with Patent Litigation at the IPO 50th Anniversary and Annual Meeting, and Duty of Disclosure and Inequitable Conduct at the IPO Annual Meeting.She holds leadership positions in several organisations, serving as board member of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago, vice chair of the US Patent Committee for Intellectual Property Owners Association, and regional Illinois co-chair of the ABA Litigation Section’s Judicial Intern Opportunity Program.Recognised for her leadership potential, He was an alumna of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity in 2022, part of its Pathfinders programme.
