Kenneth Guerra

Kenneth Guerra is a trial litigator who primarily represents pharmaceutical and biotechnology innovators in patent litigation before US district courts, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).His practice focuses on cases arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act and Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act. Through a secondment with biopharmaceutical company AbbVie, Guerra gained direct insight into corporate litigation strategy.Guerra’s experience encompasses all phases of litigation from pre-litigation analysis through trial and appeal.
