Manisha Singh is the founder and managing partner of LexOrbis, with a career spanning 27 years. Founded in 1997, her firm emerged during a critical period of India’s IP integration with international systems following the TRIPS Agreement.As a patent agent and litigator, Singh has represented clients across 138 countries, working with technology giants, Fortune 500 companies, universities, and research institutions in regions including APAC, US, Europe, and Latin America.She serves as standing counsel for the Reserve Bank of India and has appeared in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other tribunals.Singh is recognised for her strategic approach to IP management, focusing on commercialisation and monetisation of intellectual property assets. She guides clients through complex IP strategies, from identifying potential partners to drafting licensing agreements.Singh is a frequent speaker at international conferences and publishes extensively on emerging IP law trends.
