Nisha Gera

Nisha Gera kickstarted her IP career in India where she worked to  increase access to well-known generic drugs such as sofosbuvir, tenofovir, cobicistat, daclatasvir, and dolutegravir.  After arriving in the US eight years ago, Gera worked as an associate at Haug Partners before joining Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone. Her expertise encompasses complex intellectual property disputes, with notable work involving emerging technologies such as COVID-19 vaccines.An active professional in her community, Gera is a committed member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York and the Asian American Bar Association, contributing to and expanding her professional network.
