Rosie Burbidge

Rosie Burbidge is a partner at Howard Kennedy, where she specialises in IP disputes and strategic brand protection. Prior to her current role, she spent more than six years at Gunnercooke. Over a career spanning 15 years, Burbidge has built a practice focused on trademark, copyright and design disputes, and strategic advice, particularly in relation to IP portfolio protection and corporate transactions. She has become a renowned expert in fashion law and published her book, European Fashion Law: A Practical Guide from Start-up to Global Success, in 2019. Burbidge advises clients across many other sectors including retail and leisure, consumer brands, and technology.
