• The complainant successfully argued that the domain name registered in February 2021 was registered in bad faith and was confusingly similar to its mark SILVESTER-MILLIONEN of the German trademark registration number 30 2010 015 286 for SILVESTER-MILLIONEN, registered on December 8, 2011, in Classes 16 and 36.
• At the time of filing of the complaint, the disputed domain name resolved to an active website purportedly offering bets on state lotteries, and containing links to a third party lottery under the domain name. The Panel ordered that the disputed domain name be transferred to the complainant.
• The Hamburg office of CBH Rechtsanwälte registered trademark registration no. 302022010536 on behalf of Louis Vuitton Malletier, SAS with Deutsches Patent und Markenamt (DPMA) the German Patent and Trademark Office. CBH Hamburg registered the LOUIS VUITTON trademarks in Germany in 2022.
