The firm is located in the UK and Denmark and has a close relationship with German firm FPS Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, solidifying the firm’s capabilities before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices (IPOs). Bear + Wolf has registered trademarks Before the UKIPO for sporting apparel brand Patagonia and fashion client The Levy Group.

Team overview:

Simon Tracey founded Bear + Wolf, following three years at top trademark firm Mishcon de Reya. Tracey is a brand specialist, advising on trademark, design, copyright and domain name issues. 

Mark Heritage joined Bear + Wolf in 2013 shortly after the firm’s launch and advises clients in fashion, design, retail and media.
