- Recently, the team was involved in an opposition to prevent a Chinese online wholesaler using marks infringing on the client’s ‘Vivo+’ trademark relating to watches and similar wearable tracking devices. Garmin was successful in all oppositions relating to the matter, with Edwin Coe collaborating with lawyers in Ireland and Germany, and reached a favourable outcome before the EU, UK and German registry offices.
