Team overview:

London-based Simon Tracey founded the firm after leaving a post at Mishcon de Reya as head of trademarks. Tracey provides the full suite of trademark, design right, copyright and domain name advisory services to a broad range of leading and niche clients.

Mark Heritage joined Bear + Wolf in 2013 shortly after the firm’s launch and advises clients in fashion, design, retail and media. Senior associate and Danish High Court advocate Thomas Kruse Lie joined the pack in February 2025, bringing a wealth of expertise in global IP advice and litigation.
