Swindell & Pearson

Firm overview:

For trademark matters before the UK Intellectual Property Office, Midlands-based attorney firm Swindell & Pearson does “a great job”, according to an industry peer. The firm assists with all aspects of non-contentious trademark matters, from inception to broader portfolio management. Recognisable consumer-facing brands have engaged the team for ongoing advisory work, as well as oppositions, revocations and invalidation matters. Swindell & Pearson has established close and committed relationships with its clients, contributing to brands’ internal education and policy development, in addition to providing expert advice on trademark issues.
