Beck Reed Riden represented defendant Jonathan O’Brien in a trade secrets dispute with his former employer Proskauer Rose, who accused him of stealing confidential information and trying to recruit other firm employees to a competitor. O’Brien denied the allegations and a settlement was reached in February 2024. Russell Beck and Sarah Tishler handled the matter.
