Team overview:

Andrew Boutros, co-chair of the Government Investigations and White Collar Practice, joined Shook in September 2024 after five years at Dechert, where he was regional chair of the firm’s White Collar Practice.

As a prominent white collar attorney and “distinguished” former federal prosecutor, trade secrets feature frequently in his practice, which includes IP litigation, government enforcement defence, antitrust, cybersecurity, criminal and civil trials, internal investigations.

Boutros (Highly Recommended) has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including in WIPR Insights’ Global Trade Secrets Rankings 2023. His continuing craft in the trade secrets space earns him recognition as a Highly Recommended individual in US Trade Secrets Rankings 2024.

Alongside Boutros, Bill Corrigan and Patrick Oot are co-chairs of the Government Investigations and White Collar Practice, in which there are 24 partners and lawyers with trade secrets experience.
