• Sarah Conley Odenkirk represented Cowan DeBaets’ client ARSNL Art, the exclusive digital platform for Artists Rights Society (ARS). ARSNL Art was the defendant in a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition, filed on 10 April 2024, to the mark ARSNL by potential opposer The Arsenal Football Club, the UK Premier League football club.
