  • Seed IP’s Kevin Costanza represents automation technology company Realtime Robotics, whose byline is ‘RapidPlan Control’, in a number of pending TTAB disputes regarding trademarks such as ‘RapidSense’ and ‘RapidPlan’.
  • Kitchen cutlery and houseware manufacturer Kai USA engaged Seed IP for a TTAB matter concerning the mark ‘Beskar’ assigned to Kai’s range of hunting, camping and hiking folding knives, but registered by a company based in China. Acting for Kai USA was Jared Barrett who obtained the mark’s cancellation based on grounds of abandonment.
