17 December 2021 The English High Court has dismissed a bid from InterDigital to issue an injunction against computer giant Lenovo for infringing its 4G standard-essential patent.
26 January 2021 In a blow for Lenovo, the English High court has ruled that it will not be able to force US research and development firm InterDigital to disclose royalty reports in an ongoing licensing dispute.
