CJEU overturns EUIPO’s ‘Fack Ju Göhte’ refusal

The EU’s top court has told the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) that it cannot block the registration of a ‘Fack Ju Göhte’ trademark for being morally unacceptable.
