30 June 2020 The European Patent Office (EPO) and Chinese National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) have committed to ensuring higher quality patents and greater harmonisation in the patent system in response to the pandemic.
21 October 2020 Chinese patent applicants will soon be able to choose the European Patent Office as their international searching authority, under a pilot scheme announced today, October 21.
