Supermac’s win eats further into McDonald’s TMs

McDonald’s monopoly over the ‘Mc’ trademark for food and drink has been reduced, with the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) handing a partial victory to Irish fast-food chain Supermac’s.
