30 January 2013 Smartphone-maker Samsung did not wilfully infringe five of Apple’s patents subject to a US court ruling last year, according to post-trial motions delivered on Tuesday.
12 July 2013 Samsung Electronics has requested a re-trial in part of a patent infringement case brought by rival Apple which saw it levied with a $1 billion fine.
