ITC agrees to investigate Apple products

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has agreed to investigate Apple after Ericsson claimed that the iPhone and iPad products used technology that infringed its patents.

2 March 2015   Swedish telecoms company Ericsson has filed seven cases against Apple at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claiming that the Californian tech company’s products including the iPhone and iPad infringe Ericsson’s patents.
