The firm represents clients in first instance and appellate patent infringement litigation, particularly developing and executing patent enforcement strategies to resolve multijurisdictional disputes.
The firm acts in patent and design arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings where possible and advantageous to the client. It also advises on complex patent questions across the range of technical specialisations, including issuing opinions on patentability, validity, and infringement, and provides strategic advice on jurisdiction and forum suitability.

Sreenivas (Vas) Vedantam, also in Dallas, provides strategic legal advice on procuring patents for a range of hardware and software technologies.
In the same office, John Flaim is a member of the firm’s Global Intellectual Property Group, and focuses on IP litigation, counselling, licensing, and portfolio management. He has experience handling patent infringement litigation in federal district courts and proceedings before the US International Trade Commission (ITC).
