Delhi court blocks Asus from using ‘Zen’ marks

An Indian court has issued an injunction restraining Taiwanese technology company Asus from using the ‘Zen’ and ‘Zenfone’ trademarks after a passing off suit brought by a local mobile phone manufacturer.
